Whether I’m working with current or future homeowners, my passion for getting optimal results for my clients is what drives me. I work with buyers, sellers, and real estate investors in Greater Columbus, where my business has taken me from Pickerington to London, and almost everywhere in between. I invest heavily in providing the tools, training, and resources that keep my business on the cutting edge.
A native of Fostoria, Ohio, I received my bachelor’s degree from Ohio Wesleyan University. While at "OWU," I completed a double-major in 4 years, was President of Sigma Chi’s Gamma Chapter, was a two-time letterman on the football team, studied for a semester abroad in Paris, and worked in the Ohio Senate.
Before relocating back to Ohio, I “cut” my real estate teeth in the red-hot Boston real estate market, as Buyer Specialist and Listing Coordinator for a top 3 team in Massachusetts. In Boston, I produced over $19 Million in sales in just over two years while managing 58 listing transactions from contract to close (from coordinating media to organizing the hundreds of tasks associated with closing a listing). My career highlight was as a sales team member of The Lancaster – a 55-unit condo development that sold out in less than 15 days (with record sales prices).
I am a member of the National, Ohio and Columbus REALTOR® boards, and hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Seller Representative Specialist designations. I’m also a member of the Northwest Area Realty Association (Upper Arlington, Grandview Heights) and the Midtown Real Estate Association (downtown Columbus).
When I’m not working on my business or with clients, I love spending time with my family and our dog, Brutus. I’m an avid fisherman and sports enthusiast (especially football, baseball and boxing) and am grateful to be able to live such a rich and fulfilling life in the greatest country on earth.
Family is everything to me, and after having our first daughter in Boston (we now have two amazing daughters), my wife, a speech pathologist and Upper Arlington native, and I decided to relocate to Columbus to be closer to our many family members and friends. We haven’t regretted one second of our decision!
Whether you’re two weeks or two years from making a real estate decision, it’s never too early to start planning your next move, and I’d be honored to provide value to your thought process.
